“I found making my project very frustrating because I could not see what pictures Is had used in my cart. As it turned out because of that, I have two of the same pictures which is really upsetting. I had many chat sessions and emails with your staff but none of them could resolve the problem. I finally realized that if I only made one project at a time I could get different pictures but I still could not actually see the pictures I was ordering. Therefore I am extremely disappointed and probably could not recommend your site.”

“Pretty, but did not really meet my expectations. From the advertising, it appeared the the gold leaves were somehow attached as a metal structure protruding from the picture. However, it’s flat and just has an almost 3-D appearance and doesn’t look as gold.”

“The picture online is a much deeper, nicer color. What I received was faded looking & now sits in a closet. I did try to call the 800 # but no one answered. The packaging was great, no problems there. I would not recommend this print.”
