“Ordered a three panel wall picture. The wait time for its arrival was excessive, however it did look impressive. Unfortunately, two of the three panels had issues which I emailed them about. They responded promptly with promises of a rapid solution. That was on the 19th of August, and as of today (the 1st of September), I have heard nothing further. Of course I will pursue the matter and I expect a satisfactory result eventually, but "there is never a second chance to make a first impression".”
