“I've been so excited, waiting to get my artwork for our home, but FedEx claims they delivered it, when they did not. We have four large dogs that go crazy if anyone approaches our home (which they did not), and we were home all day, working in front of the windows, so they definitely didn't drop it off here. This wasn't an inexpensive purchase. I'm heartbroken. I know it's not necessarily ElephantStock's fault that FedEx messed up. Really hoping they can find it and get it back to us, or that ElephantStock will work with us to get our order right.”

“You, or your courier (FedEx), lost our order. Now, I have to do the legwork in order to get this situation rectified. I cannot reach a live person or contact with your company. FedEx is even worse! Terrible customer service makes interesting bedfellows, I guess.”

“Note:The three stars are simple for the order process , delivery and sharpness of the image. The framing is awful. Almost unusable. The three pieces are all different dimensions with the biggest difference in one being an entire 1/8th of an inch. The vertical on the #1 piece curves out at the bottom with a full 1/16th inch swing . The #2 piece ,while plumb, is a full 1/8th in longer than the #3 piece. The #3 piece left vertical is off by a 16th , is just under a 16th than the #1 piece , or a full 1/8 shorter than the #2 piece - combined with all three panels have crooked mounts on the back. We didn’t hang where we wanted. Didn’t want to try and return since the packaging was cavalier at best. Live and learn not to buy things from instagram. Oh well. Like I said- was easy to order, good price and the delivery time was stellar. But I wouldn’t hang this where people frequently walk/sit. So for now it’s in our play room. (Shrug)”
