Previously my child despised reading. Every time we asked her to read it was a knock down fight! Since we received our first Ello Box two days ago she has read two entire books without even being asked. We had to wrestle it from her to put her to bed tonight because she just wanted to keep reading! You have no idea what a huge deal this is in our house! She kept saying, "Mommy I love this! This is so fun!" Thank you! Thank you! Thank you, Ello!! This is a life changer!!!

My son does not like to read. He struggles to feel successful when he can’t get the words the first time. Ello has been a lifesaver! Because he can click on the words and Ello will help sound it out, he feels like he has help while reading. He also loves getting the points and associated prizes! We love Ello!

My 7-year-old already loved to read, but Ello really stepped up her excitement and motivation for reading. The app is super engaging and wonderfully accurate. It gave her positive praise when she was reading well and broke down/modeled for her how to read the bigger words she struggled with. The coins are also really motivating for her. I love how there's a tiny prize that can be earned as well. Would highly recommend.

We love our Ello box! It was way more than I expected. He's had his first night with it and I've never seen him so excited. We've got a couple friends and my sons tutor recommending it now since my son has improved so much since we started reading with Ello. I just want to tell you that we are so happy we found this. He hasn't been this excited about reading yet.

Dear parents, Please don’t hesitate to get this program for your reluctant readers! Our son just turned 7 and we assumed he’d take to reading easily since we held him back a year and he is very articulate. He has the vocabulary of a ten year old but his command of the language was not translating into his reading ability. His resistance to reading with us was so incredibly strong that he simply hadn’t progressed to become a more fluent reader. We were baffled, nervous, and frustrated at his lack of progression. On a whim, we signed up for Ello and my son’s first session was nothing short of a miracle. He read his 5 books in one sitting and then we read more later in the evening. Then we read again with Ello on Day 2 and followed it with a few pages of another book we read on our own. On Day 3 we worked on a book that was above the level of our Ello books and it all finally CLICKED! He finally gets how to sound out words he doesn’t know. My takeaway is that Ello makes reading fun and the ‘struggle’ button gives the reader a way to see phonics in a way that is different than other reading programs. I truly think this is a revolutionary program that properly harnesses the gift of AI. Bravo to the creators of Ello!! Thank you!!

This was a wonderful tool! My son made tremendous progress while we used this app. He loved reading with Ello and getting the boxes in the mail. It was so useful that he no longer needs it. He still talks about how much he loved the boxes, and can't wait until his little cousin is old enough for them too.

I am a stay-at-home, work-from-home mom and wife of 3 under the age of 8. I was looking to build more confidence in my oldest son when it came to reading. Ello has helped my son gain more confidence when it comes to reading and he actually enjoys reading much more than before. It's not a fight or a struggle. I am so glad that I found Ello. It has allowed us to utilize this time of practice, consistency, and most importantly patience when it comes to building confidence in my scholar.
