Great tool for residential use. Battery can be used for other tools so that's great. Strings are a little thin.

What is your favorite feature/attribute about our product or service? The STIHL battery system is very good.
How would you improve our products or service? The spool loading needs improvement.
I have found that I had some trouble getting a nice smooth cut. It is likely operator error. As I gain more experience I will get better. I have a number of different trimmers. I even have some gas models made by Weed-Eater. Of course, I enjoy the quiet of the cordless models. I also found the loading of the spool to be a bit fiddle-diddle. I was surprised to find that STIHL did not have a better system. I used to own a lawn service company. (I have used a number of different brands over the years.) I would suggest that no company can rest on the past. Keep improving.
