“This definitely helped with my horses skin issues in the past but this time I have found it to burn his skin and caused pealing after the initial use. I have used this before and never had this happen so not sure what's causing the problem.”

We are so sorry to hear about your horse's discomfort! We never want to be the cause of any distress for an animal and truly hope that your horse is doing better. We have initiated a refund for the Lotion portion of your purchase. This may not be what took place, but did want to mention it just in case, there are some skin issues that will result in significant skin peeling or flaking once the issue has been treated. It can be a concerning thing to see, as large areas of the once diseased skin with peel away, making way for fresh, pink, new skin growth. The pink skin can be bright, and is usually a good sign, despite how surprising it can be. However, if the skin is red or hot to the touch, that would indicate a problem.
