After 2 serious fails at getting a replacement, we opted to search for an brand new rather than a used part. We were excited to find that we could still find brand new replacements and that the company had no problem shipping the part to Alaska (not all companies will do that). Now my husband can go back to enjoying a great cup of coffee with his vacuum pot. And he is now washing his pot and beaker by hand. We will definitely be using Espresso Parts again should we need to replace any other parts of our coffee pot.”
