Pleased I bought this. I'd assumed a fault with the fuel as my partner had run the petrol right down to nothing but decided to buy this just to check. It showed a fault code to cylinder 2 and so I replaced all the spark plugs. Now runs fine and I was able to delete the engine warning light using the code reader once I'd changed the plugs. Well worth the money even if I never use it again.

It works as described. Does what I need so that codes don't cause unknown worries.

Simple to use. Did what I wanted. Garage quoted £150 to just plug their code reader in. No brainer.

Every driver should have one of these . Clears fault lights and lets you know why they came on by using the fault codes

I bought this to clear error codes on my 2008 Vauxhall Astra. I had replaced some parts but the error codes and symptoms were not gone. I cleared the codes with this code reader and the car was immediately back to normal and has been fine since then (400 miles). I wasn't expecting that, only to see what codes came back to further diagnose the problems! This obviously isn't a full scanner etc and very basic, but it worked great for what I needed it for with the added bonus of presumably resetting the car's learned data so that it was able to run properly again once the parts were replaced.

Good little device for the money. is able to read codes which may save you the cost of paying your mechanic to do that, mazda recently quoted us £176 just to connect the car to a diagnistic tool/code reader. It also managed to cancel some warning lights. For ~£20 it's a good little device.

Bought because I had a number of issues in my T5. The device didn't throw up any error codes - They ended up being caused by an obscure fuse failure. Not an exhaustive test then but it's cheap, easy to use, works as it should (I'd been planning to get one for ages anyway) and because it's from Eurocarparts there is come back for any problems. I didn't want to risk one of the myriad of versions on Amazon.
