“If I could, I would give them more than 5 stars for the excellent customer service. Ours was an oval/elipse table & probably a bit difficult to get the right cut, but Ben didn’t give up & finally delivered the mat to our satisfaction. This is what I would call taking pride in your work & excellent customer service. Katie who also was involved in the whole process right from the beginning was very professional & prompt in her responses.

“We placed our order, but the dimensions of the table corners weren't standard. They had customer service reach out to us to trace our table, with paper they sent us and a prepaid return envelope, then they made a custom fit top for only 10 extra dollars. We had a housewarming party scheduled so I asked if it could be here by that date. Katie, our contact person, told my honestly that they would try, but she didn't think it would be here in time. Not because of lack of effort, but they were waiting on a shipment of or material. This company not only got my order here in time, it was 4 days before our party! And it was a perfect match! If you need any type of protective mat, this is the company to use!”
