“After removing my daughters old 14in. shutters I noticed that the new ones didn't quite cover up the old holes. When I measured the new shutters I found that they measure 13-3/4in. So now I have to figure out how to cover up the old holes. If they had been truly 14in as described on their web site I wouldn't have this problem. So if you're replacing old shutters make sure you don't run into this problem. By the way, I sent an email to the customer service group but have heard nothing !! I even tried the 'chat' capability but gave up after waiting for a response.... Doubt if I'll ever use this outfit in the future......”
