Great experience and product! Here's why: 1) Nice quality and color of our vinyl shutters. 2) The online ordering was simple. It was great to be able to get color samples for free (and they arrived within days.) We had several questions along the way, and Customer Service was responsive and helpful. 3) The shutters arrived within 2 weeks of placing the order. And, 4) the price was significantly less than what we would have paid through a custom shutter service available through a franchise home-improvement store. (Although there was a minor problem with one shutter, E.S. arranged to replace without a hassle.)”
