“I was very impressed with the turn around time from when I placed the shutter order to when they arrived. The order was placed on 1-7-2023 and delivered on 1-14-2023. It was originally scheduled to arrive between 1-28-2023 and 2-2-2023. I was disappointed however on how the shutters were packaged as I have attached pictures below. One of the boxes was practically open with a little bit of tape on the bottom of the package. I would expect more attention to detail when packages are leaving a factory to be delivered.”
