“The ordering process was simple, and the shutters arrived on time and in good condition. They were installed as expected. They look good. Two areas for improvement: $100 per standard (16x80) vinyl shutter seemed expensive. Checking on the order always required calling and speaking to someone until the ordered was created and handed off to UPS. I would order from here again.”
“We decided to do a make-over to the exterior of our 18 year old home. New shutters were definitely needed. These new shutters arrived quickly and packaged well. The color and fit were exactly as expected and the quality was excellent. The only disappointment was with the mounting hardware. The included plastic screws, in my opinion,are way too cheap to hold up in a long term installation. I opted to provide my own screws that I color matched to the shutter. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy the shutters again. They seem to be a higher quality than the big box stores.”
