“These are quality shutters, and the black colored paint job is well done. Unfortunately, the ends of each slat were not painted, so when the slats move either direction in their slots, the unpainted wood is visible. We now have to either paint the slats ends, or put a spot of glue on each slat so they will not slide. This is a disappointing extra step required prior to installation.”
