“Don't buy this bed. It does not have a locking system (although it says so on their website) and without a mattress the bed will not stay down, which is another safety concern. Communication with EzSpace is a nightmare, it takes a minimun of 5-7 days to get back, they keep asking for pictures of missing parts, and don't give answers to questions. Stay away from this product.”

“Love the bed but the assembly instructions are missing important details. Feel like 30% to 40% of information is missing. Watched the ezspace assembly video on YouTube was made to look very easy but this was not the case and some of the parts are now different. My partner and I have put together many a flat pack but this almost beat us. But now complete very handy and comfortable also bought the suggested mattress very happy with that. Please ezspace update your instructions booklet and video. The gas struts didn't just slip on like in the video we had to put an extra 60 kilos of pressure on to them to get them to fit the bolts. In the video they just pop glide into place definitely not the case.”

“The vertical murphy bed design is awesome. We were a bit disappointed that many of the cabinet pieces arrived with cosmetic damage (see pics).
It is also a mission to put together as two of the steel end pieces (head and foot bed frame) were 2mm too long- so we had to angle grind them down to fit the prefabricated bolt holes. Also a few of the screw holes had been welded over, making it impossible to secure certain screws. All in all once we got it together it is doing great- but expect a bit of muscle and power tool use to make it happen. I'll also need to paint/patch the larger defects.”
