“Colour and flavour all very nice - fat content very high which was great and as expected for forerib. However - the 3.2kg that's suggested for 8-12 people fed 7 normal sized portions. Definitely wouldn't recommend for a bigger groups unless you were doing half slices, or wafer thin slices. It was around 2.5 ribs.”

“Supremely good. Slow cooked for melt in the mouth flavour. It fed 8 of us with good appetites, and we still had a bit left for sandwiches the next day.”

“I have cooked for over 20 years and over the last 10 years on my everhot cooker - I have purchased meats from local farms, butchers, online but i have to say the quality of this meat was outstanding - I also had an issue my fault may i say with delivery and the staff could not have been more helpful thank you again and i will 100% purchase again - On a side note their father day pork pies are the best ive ever eaten.”
