“Perfect joint for a Christmas treat. Enough fat to lean meat ratio to give a succulent joint after cooking. I cooked it to perfection and rested it to give a really tasty joint. We will be buying again as delivery was as requested too and arrived in excellent packaging for fresh produce. Definitely recommend Farmison as consistently has excellent products.”
