The starter liquid is enough to accompany SCOBY in first batch. The SCOBY is healthy and makes lotsa babies! Also brews a delish kombucha!Not fault of seller, but UPS left outside, didnt ring bell in very very cold weather. But a replacement went out right away! My glass jar was cracked too; it was obvious package was thrown around and then left in extremely cold temps.Company is great to work with and answer questions! Have recommended to others and will continue to highly recommend!!”
“Fantastic Customer Service. I started with this kit and am making tons of delicious kombucha on a weekly basis.I had my first jar crack because it was defective and they replaced it immediately. The second jar also cracked and after speaking with customer service they figured out that I received two jars from one defective batch that they had. They not only replaced the jar again but refunded me for the whole kit.Manufacturing defects happen. These guys were great about handling it.The actual SCOBY is a good one too!”
“Leaking Scoby. The scoby was had leaked in the jar causing contents to be wet. Used product anyway bit thought you should know product was defective.”
