“Great little SCOBY I don't have a picture of the SCOBY when it arrived, but it was a cute little disc shape and it was so adorable. Then I brewed it, which was super easy and it resulted in a great treating Jun beverage. The only unexpected thing about the Scooby was that after several weeks of brewing it has kind of fallen apart a bit (broken into chunks of SCOBY). It doesn't stay in a solid discs shape. However, that doesn't affect the flavor or the brewing quality.”
