When we finally got to the stage where we needed to put it in the tea /honey mixture we opened it up and it had the aroma of fine wine. It was in the mother tea and we slide the whole thing into our jar. Wonderful. We will definitely continue to do business with this company.”

“Worked great! It's my first time making Jun, make Kombucha regularly. Wasn't sure what to expect as the scoby looked so fragile, however the Jun turned out perfect, so light and bubbly and delicious! Am starting a second batch with the same scoby as a new one did not form but I have read that that is normal. There were some new yeasty strands that I put in the second brew with the scoby. Anyway, I am really pleased with this product. Thank you!”
