“Great Scoby inaccurate directions.. The scoby came in great condition and was very easy to use! I would definitely recommend it to anyone starting kombucha brewing again after taking a break. However, the directions on the back stating that you should add vinegar if the PH is off is a huge NO!! DO NOT add vinegar of any kind to your kombucha brew. Use vinegar to clean jars or glass containers only. And if you use it to clean make sure it is WITHOUT the mother. That can throw off your brew of any happens to get in.”
