“clear, easy to follow instructions. This is my first time brewing kombucha, and so far I am very happy with the product. I followed the instructions on the packet (minus taking a pH reading or measuring temperature with a thermometer -- I just winged it, but it worked fine), and within 9 days of setting out the jar, we had our first batch of kombucha. So far no issues with mold or anything else. We've had the secondary fermentation going in bottles for about 1.5 days, and have started a new batch with the SCOBY in the big jar. Looks good so far. At this point, the flavor is great, but there isn't very much carbonation.”
“Great. Product came on time and was the proper temperature. There's an easy to follow recipe on the outside of the pouch. I'm on my 3rd round of Kombucha and it is still going strong! If you've had other experiences in fermentation/brewing this is a very easy process to figure out.”
“Fermented quickly and formed another scoby. This worked great. It fermented in about two weeks. Another scoby I had purchased a long time ago took around four weeks to ferment, so this one must be potent. And another scoby formed on top while it was fermenting, so I'm going to share with friends and family. The instructions included were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this.”
