“Good product, maybe not perfect for me. The packaging was perfect. Great instructions and it seems like a good quality product. However, I made the recipe exactly and the fermentation has been slow. Perhaps the conditions are a bit different here in TX and the bacteria need to get used to it. I started this product and a $2.10 kombucha in 1 gallon containers with the same tea and sugar. The store-bought kombucha has fermented more and has made a much larger pellet!”
