“Large, healthy SCOBY with lots of starter tea. Very large, healthy SCOBY that worked perfectly! It grew a nice baby SCOBY as well. I also bought a fermentation heater mat to help with this. The best part of this product is that it definitely comes with enough starter tea - no need to worry about adding vinegar. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is just starting to make kombucha!”
