“Reliable and delicious. This is the second time I have purchased a starter from this company and it has worked wonderfully both times. My first SCOBY and its babies lasted for years until I forgot to cover it and fruit flies made themselves at home. I had to dump the old SCOBY and brew, deep clean the container, and restart with another SCOBY. I swear this SCOBY is even better than the last. It is so active that I can physically see it jiggling from all the carbonation. There was one other SCOBY that I started from store bought kombucha but it wasn't half as good as the kombucha made from this company's SCOBYs.”
