“Excellent product; excellent customer service. I'm a little late in writing this review. I had mold in my first brew, but Ruthie was kind enough to replace my scoby, even though I hadn't taken a picture of the mold before I tossed the brew, and the mold was likely my fault anyway. I've had two successful bottling periods since then, and I am really happy with the flavor and quality of the kombucha.”
