“Had issues, but Fermentaholics quickshipped a replacement SCOBY and now it's working great! My first SCOBY looked fine, but nothing really happened for 7 days, though I followed instructions exactly. In 7 days I had mold (was def. mold, green and fuzzy). I reached out to Fermentaholics and they shipped a replacement fast. I got the replacement and it worked great, I've already got a batch done and carbonated! Great customer service, great product. You're dealing with a live culture, so you have a potential for things to not work out exactly. They have their model down and were able to ship a replacement right away. I've already bought another full kit from them.”
