Didn't want my scoby to be traumatized during a Winter store so I reordered. 3/5 for packaging because it was thrown in a box with no filler. Assuming it got tossed and slammed around a lot but still okay! All that aside, great value, fast shipping when it did and produced a whole new scoby in 7 days!
