“Worked great.. On my fourth batch and the bucha keeps getting better. Using this starter was simple and effective. Ignore other users saying the if it doesn't float it is bad. I'm new to kombucha but I've discovered by experience and research that sometimes it floats and sometimes it doesn't, but it makes no difference really.”

“Need to buy pH strips too. The included scoby is huge and ferments well. The kit should have included a few pH test strips. I am still trying to master the second stage fizzing step. Will probably just add plain soda water to the batch.”
