“Super easy to use and grows fast. I bought this scoby for my first time trying to ferment kombucha. The scoby came in a bag with some brewed kombucha, and there are instructions on the back of the bag to help you get started. It was really easy to set up my first brew. I fermented the kombucha for 2 weeks and my scoby had already doubled in size! I split it into two separate cultures and now Im fermenting my second and third batches of kombucha. Im impressed with how quickly the scoby grows and excited to keep experimenting with flavors!Update- I bought this one scoby maybe 3 months ago and I now have 6 scobies.
