“Scoby brand has my heart..... Ok so I'm about a month in making kombucha (novice) and I've made (3) 2-gallon batches...sure it takes a little longer but so worth it. The original scoby gets bigger and thicker with every batch. Cool for the kiddos to watch and they love drinking it. I've reused the scoby already for these large batches and it keeps on kicking.”
“Clear instructions and worked well. Instructions are written on the bag, so I kept my bag under the jug while my kombucha was brewing. I made delicious smoky-tasting Lapsang Souchong kombucha and am now "working" on making an alcoholic version.There is some minor tea-brewing and sugar-measuring at the start, but then mainly waiting around and tasting occasionally. My friends seem to think that it required actual effort, so I decided not to tell them.”
