“I love my final straw purchase. Customer service is great and the product itself is great. Does what its supposed to, compact, and functional. I do have a design comment in terms of ease of use. But both ends of the straw have a rubber nib stopper..it be great if it only had it on one side so it could fit the opening of some of the drinks that have a lid cover as ive found that it tends to get stuck when its time to remove it....other than that I'm happy with my purchase love that it cuts back on one time plastic straw use! Keep up the good work!”
