“It's such a sturdy piece of equipment. Packs away nicely and is easy to move around. It has helped so much to be able to get these movements in my routine as I struggle with my balance from ms and struggle with standard squats without hunting for something to hang onto to help. Very happy”

“Didn’t come with “free 8 week program” had no response from contacting them multiple times and took ages to ship even when it said 3-5 days
