“It’s seriously the best equipment to have at home to workout! Hip thrust is the exercise that shapes better my body, so I use it at least twice a week. And some hip thrusters at the gym have awkward set ups or angles and I never find it comfortable enough for me. I love this machine has a safe structure and it’s also good for Bulgarian split squats. I even use the attached bands for exercises like rows or side raises.
It’s sturdy yet light to transport elsewhere and easy to pack up. Im very happy with my purchase and can’t recommend enough!
