“The product is the same with the picture, It comes with different levels which is great. you can use the light if you are a beginner and as time goes on u can switch to medium and then hard. I have purchased few resistance bands and this is by far the best I have bought, so I definitely recommend this product, the sum is worth it and the resistance band is great. The only problem is that the product has a little smell but apart from the smell the product is excellent.”
