“So far BuildASign got right back to us when we sent our order in. They indicated that our logo needed to be fixed or it would show up fuzzy when printed, and we really appreciated that. When we called to get some help, we got a real person and they were most helpful.”

“A note to advise customers that an uploaded imaged will be printed exactly as it is seen. IE the colors will not be corrected. The picture i used came out with a bit faded background. I understand why the finished product came out the exact same way. I would have preferred that the background was darker (black in this case), but I uploaded a picture instead of a file that was a finished product. I was in a bit of a hurry so I did not notice if there was the option of editing the image on your site. Next time I will make sure that the image is in a finished state. By the way it's impressive how exact the finished product came out. I used a picture of a shirt and the fabric texture can actually be seen. I really have no complaints, ordering was simple and shipping was almost immediate. My overall experience was very good. As a final step to creating a product the site was great.”

“The sign was delivered ahead of schedule and everything is great with the product. I wish before the check out I was informed the banner flag didn't come with a pole. It is fine and I have made something to work but it never told me anywhere in the description there was not pole included. I knew the base was not included but didn't know the pole wasn't included. Thanks”
