“Although prompt and very accomodating, the finished sign did not match the mock up sent. The white background was changed to violet and the lips emoji shown in the mock up throughout the sign was reduced to single one.”

“Especially pleased that BOTC found a problem with my order, called me and told me how to correct it. Then they made sure order was updated with the corrected version. Very happy they noticed the issue and contacted instead of processing the order as it was. Issue was my mistake, but they were great in spotting the issue and helping me resolve it.”

“The sign was delivered ahead of schedule and everything is great with the product. I wish before the check out I was informed the banner feather flag didn't come with a pole. It is fine and I have made something to work but it never told me anywhere in the description there was not pole included. I knew the base was not included but didn't know the pole wasn't included. Thanks”
