“Bought this for Star Citizen and Elite Dangerous and wow does it transform those games, love being able to look around when approaching a station in Elite, and really handy in Star Citizen - Arena Commander when dog fighting, can even do head aiming with gimballed weapons :D Easy to set up, very responsive and really helps to add depth and immersion to these games. “Brilliant. I broke the let of the original track clip, and realising there are no spares ordered this. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. The head tracker has always been 'bobbing about' a bit, this is MUCH MUCH STEADIER, if your fed up adjusting the speed of the head tracker, save up and buy this. I have since upgraded the headset as the side clip need something bigger to grip on, Early comments about the side clip being rubbish, would seem to have been addressed. Much smoother performance out of the box,and much easier to navigate round the PMDG cockpit and click switches without 'wandering' when your eyes move. THANK YOU Davie.”

“I've only used Track IR with Elite: Dangerous so far, but it's been a game changer. I got used to it after a couple hours, and now it seems completely natural to look about my cockpit and out the windows. Superb for dogfighting, docking, or just star gazing. Don't think I could play without it now! Adds a lot to the immersion. It's a little pricey, there certainly are cheaper alternatives. The Track IR unit itself sits very nicely on top of my monitor, love the magnet that holds it in place. The Clip Pro that attaches to my headphones however could do with a new revision. I'm worried I'll break it, it really is quite flimsy. The upside however is that it's very light, you won't really notice the added weight to your headset/headphones. The clipping mechanism that attaches the Clip Pro to your headset I found was a little fiddly, but once it's on, it's secure enough. I just wish it was wireless! An excellent stop gap till the consumer version of Oculus Rift comes out ;).”

“Excellent addition to the gaming platform. with the addition of the Track Clip Pro, lighting issues are no longer a problem. As this version comes with both the Vector clip and the Track Clip Pro you have the choice of Cable free option (Vector Clip) but you will need to wear a hat. Or the track clip Pro which does have a USB cable attached to provide power for the 3 small led's. This is the only downside and could have been better designed with a battery (watch cell) operated design that would not require the cable. The track IR itself is responsive and the software once downloaded and installed is intuitive. The Forum provides profiles that can be downloaded and added to the software to enhance the user experience. Not the cheapest product on the market but it's well made and does what it claims. .”

“Excellent piece of kit, quickly delivered via Flight Store. Easy to set up and software is intuitive, took all of 5 minutes to get it working to a usable state. (I then watched a few tutorials to help me fine tune) Only uses 1 USB port. Track clip pro fits most headset arms (adjustable) Works well in ARMA 2 & 3, and DCS (all I've tried so far).”
