“Beautiful floor. Have had several great comments. You can see by pictures it makes a great looking floor. Love 9” wide plank floor went down quick. Would definitely buy again.”

“After seeing and feeling samples the choice was obvious. Flooret makes the best LVP boards that look as close to real wood as possible and offers great features for the price. My only complaint is the pattern of the boards. For our order, there was only 4 different prints, though each one did have variations on where the distinct features landed on the board (knot holes, etc.). 6 different prints would be perfect to allow for greater separation. For small rooms 4 is perfect, but our kitchen, living room, and hallway are open so its easier to spot duplicates if you don't take the time to make sure you spread things out.”

“I installed the Modin flooring in my home office, and it looks great. It can be a little tricky to get the flooring to snap together, but once a technique is established it goes together quick. The stair treads and trim are great, but I have one request. There needs to be a custom tread return piece made as there is no way to terminate a stair tread using the full tread pieces. I was able to make a custom one from cut-offs, but that might be beyond the capability of a good portion of DIY customers.”

“Very nice product, soft to walk on and very quite. Easy to install and looks great. There is some waste based on the size, that may happen with any product. Shipping is an issue. Timing for the first order was over 3 weeks. Our first delivery was damaged, 10 cartons out of 36. All based on poor packing protection and the size of the pallet. We were asked to send photos and use what we could. We did and requested 5 replacement cartons. This shipment arrived with one damaged carton, again poor packaging. Flooret replace the the carton on request. Lexi, our contact at Flooret has been on top of each communication and very pleasant to work with. We are now building our 5th house we have watched the industry change and come to expect damaged goods with each order, cabinets, flooring... Our feeling is if it gets here damaged replace it, fast, never ask can you if fix or work around the issues. Our designer that has worked with us on three homes now, agrees and we all look for suppliers that can ship timely and correctly. The flooring is great and we like the look and feel. We do recommend it! Chris”
