“We obtained samples which allowed us to compare Modin to other retail flooring LVP. The Modin rigid product was so much more substantial the choice was clear. Installation of about 1000 sq ft and a flight of stairs went well. The locking mechanism is good and the heft of the planks makes it sit well. The installed flooring is beautiful. The stair treads and risers were also a success.”

“The flooring is very nice, though we haven’t moved into the house yet and haven’t put it to the test. Though the Brenwick shade matches the sample, the overall effect installed is much darker than expected, both from seeing the sample onsite as well as viewing photos online of this color installed in various homes. As is true of genuine wood floors, the boards vary in degree of darkness. We must have received one of the lighter samples. The tendency of darker floors is to show dust and any and all construction/gravel powder one might track in, and this shade is no exception. We hope to catch much of that at the door once we move in and minimize that issue.”

“I recently took on the endeavor of finishing my basement. My wife and I decided on Brenwick Signature for the flooring. The planks were installed directly over the concrete slab. We couldn't be happier. Now my two boys have a playroom. Just in time for baby number three.”
