“We installed Flooret Kingswood Craftsman throughout our home last year, and after recently converting our garage into a bonus space, we chose Kingswood Base to tie everything together. As always, the installation was incredibly easy. My husband and I completed our 500 sq. ft. space in just 2.5 evenings after work. We love the Modin Kingswood line and color. It has the look and feel of real hardwood, with the durability and low maintenance of LVP. The color is also warm and welcoming and goes perfectly with our red/white oak & walnut finishes throughout our home! My biggest piece of advice: make sure your subfloor is flat. Slope is okay, but valleys should be patched and ridges should be ground down before installation. Use an 8-foot straightedge (or screed) .... if it rocks or you can slide a nickel underneath, your floor likely needs more leveling. Taking the time to prep your subfloor will make all the difference. We couldn't be happier with Flooret's Modin Kingswood line and highly recommend their flooring!”

“The flooring itself is great, we love it! We received 30 boxes (out of 70) of the wrong stuff initially, so our contractor had to wait a considerable amount of time before the correct product arrived. Over all we are happy, but the delivery was very delayed”
