“We're really happy with our new floors and so glad that we went with Flooret! We got samples from a bunch of places but these were the best quality for the price and we really liked the color. We ended up doing the install ourselves and although it was a lot of work, it was a straightforward process.”

How would you rate the quality of this product? Top-notch

“Flooring itself appears well made and installed without any issues. I would avoid any extra underlayments. Majority of our install was over a year ago with only a small bath area remaining. The installed floor has held well so far. Nice look and variations. My only issue is the following. I had several cartons with damage that wasn't immediately noticed as it was concealed inside the carboard boxes. I took pictures and sent them to customer service who responded that I should attempt to use all of the damaged pieces in areas that required a cut. This was very reasonable. I ended up 3 planks or so short of full install and reached out to customer service who was less than helpful in replacing the damaged pieces. I purchased another full carton at my cost after being tired of trying to get them to make it right. I like the flooring. Not so much the company / customer service. We won't doing business again.”
