“The flooring itself is great, we love it! We received 30 boxes (out of 70) of the wrong stuff initially, so our contractor had to wait a considerable amount of time before the correct product arrived. Over all we are happy, but the delivery was very delayed”

“I like the quality of the flooring and it’s one of the easier floors I’ve ever installed. The look and feel of the individual pieces is very good. The customer service department was very good to deal with. I had 6 boxes damaged during shipping and they sent me new boxes in short order. My only criticism is that I wish they didn’t have micro edges, the finished product looks more like sheet vinyl than wood floors. I wish I would have spent the extra money to get the premium flooring.”

“Looks great installed. The Kingswood color has great warmth. I'm super sensitive to flooring textures and this one has a very subtle texture. Plus the texure pattern matches the image pattern, which is a detail I greatly appreciate.”

“We had problems with broken edges at one end/corner of most of the floor boards because of damage in shipping. We ordered just one box to complete our floor project, so we only needed 7 of the 12 boards and able to make it work. Shlipping was our major problem.”
