Major issues already! Just a month into the purchase the scooter has not been used every day but now can't be used at all because of a steering issue it is steering all the way to the left and not far enough on the right. Called customer service for help but was very disappointed with a response. The scooter is barely over a month and spent so much money on it, and the customer service and repair does not seem to wanna help much. Very disappointed

Jumped the scooter off a curb and the handlebar broke, causing me to crash. luckily I am a god damn ninja and didn't get hurt. However, this is a serious problem that customer service seems to think is no big deal. The handlebar is made out of super thin aluminum. This scooter is only suitable for smaller people, the site says 265lb weight limit (I weigh 175) DO NOT RIDE THIS SCOOTER IF YOU ARE A LARGE PERSON

Hi Reid - we are very sorry to hear about your crash and glad that you did not get hurt. Please note that the Cityrider is not made for jumps or other forms of high pressure riding and that damages can occur if the scooter is not used properly. Maybe one of our more advanced scooters would be a better fit for your riding style? Check them out at fluidfreeride.com and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. Best regards!

First scooter arrived with a bent pole and was and not usable. Replacement arrived with a noisy back wheel that screams while breaking. Both scooters arrived with broken bells and in severely beaten up packaging.

From the moment I received the box, I new there was going to be trouble. The box it came in had several large ripped holes in it. 80% of the screws on the scooter were completely loose. And, no matter how long I held the power button down, it wouldn't turn on. Luckily I have a friend who fixes electric scooters, and he found a "short" in the wiring. What I should have done was, saved a bit more money and purchase a better quality scooter, but from a different company. Lesson learned.

I bought this scooter for my teenage son for Christmas. It was broken by April and no local shops will fix it. I called everywhere I could think of. My son is so disappointed. I bought my other son a scooter that was a bit cheaper from another company and so far it is withstanding the test of time. They will now share a scooter.
