“So far so good. I have taken this bad boy out for about an hour and a half each time. The speed is just right. (You can cruise or go fast while still being safe) It has good get up and go. I'm 5'9" 160lbs. It's pretty comfortable in regards to standing.”

“I've had 3 scooters before this and each one was a step up until now, I left home to begin a 4 mile trip on this horizon scooter got about a block away when the throttle went limp. Had no control of power. Something broke. I had to walk it back home. I glad it happened before I got really far away. The part is pricey so getting a spare is not an option for many. Cheap throttle control, they should give a discount on things like this. Will probably be looking to upgrade to a better scooter since losing confidence in this one.”
“My boyfriend got the horizon scooter and after riding his a couple of times I was easily convinced to get my own. So ride I've rode mine about 50 miles and his has hit over 100 miles and both have no problems. We've gotten them to go up to 24 mph which is a great/fast speed, they've gone up hills just fine, and the ride is smooth. Can't wait to continue our adventures on our awesome horizon scooters!”
“Got this scooter after about a month of comparison in cost, performance, and features. I am getting 28 miles per charge, using the highest speed setting, and achieving 22-24mph for almost the full battery duration. It's portable, easy to pack up, and sleek. Ride is pretty smooth for the most part. I think this is an excellent pick. It's a lot of fun!”
“we bought two scooters and they are not even 6 months old and now both have the exact same problem they are barely going half of the distance they used to now we are getting poor customer service even though they are under warranty and we know the problem they are refusing to send us two new batteries they want us to send the scooters to them and pay the shipping fees when we know the problem and have had them looked at they just don't want to pay for the batteries its not right that they want us to ship the scooters to them and pay for the shipping fees when all they have to do is send batteries but they won't send any instead they are trying to send other parts when the problem is the batteries”

If it turns out that the issue is not related to the controller, we will have to check the batteries at our facilities.
