“Have owned a few different scooters and brands. This one's range and speed are pluses. It's "fit and finish" are not perfect, as there are lots of items, particularly on and around the handlebar, that jiggle loose, even when tightened manually. Also not ideal that the entire vertical bar has to be folded down just to charge it.”
“The Horizon M electric scooter is an amazing piece of machinery! At times is hard to believe it's not more than 500 W of power. I weigh 185 pounds and I have no problem hitting the max speed of 25 mph. My average ride is about 14 to 15 miles. By the end of my ride, I still have three bars of battery life remaining. And 90% of the hills I have ridden on have been completed, meaning I did not have to stop and walk the scooter up the hill.
I ride in the five boroughs of New York City. The Horizon has no problem keeping up with the flow of traffic and tackling the "rough terrain" of urban street life due to the fantastic full suspension system. One of the best features of the scooter is the digital interface which outlines all the information you need in order to make sound decisions while riding the scooter. Having said that, I only have one recommendation I would suggest for the future. I would recommend giving the buyer the option of purchasing an air filled rear tire. An air tire will take the edge off of the bumps you will experience while riding. I would gladly pay a bit extra to have a more plush and cushioned riding experience (just a small suggestion!). Btw, I love the all black look of the scooter which is eye-catching. I'm constantly drawing viewer in to ask questions about the scooter.
Once again, the Horizon M is phenomenal. I believe they've hit the mark on the relaunch of this amazing scooter. You will definitely have a lot of fun riding the Horizon M electric scooter!”
“After trying and disliking 2 eScooters, the Fluid Freeride Horizon is an excellent choice. This scooter is by far the most comfortable scooter that I tried, has excellent range, and is a blast to ride. I got the shorter range version, and find the range is more the adequate for my needs. This scooter is far better than the Segway or the GoTrax. I wish I found this scooter first!”

“Love my just received horizon. The 500w is perfect , as a bigger rider the 250 w I had just wasn't cutting it. Quality design, display is great. Smooth ride.
Only complaint is I feel the kickstand is kinda too short- always appears like it will fall compared to my Xiaomi 365 which had a stable upright stance with kickstand. Also the bell on Xiaomi was nice to have.
Otherwise this is a rocking scooter. Moves me just fine even up reasonable hills. Sturdy and well built. Very happy with the purchase.

“Ordered my Horizon a couple says ago. I couldn't decide on the Horizon or the Wide Wheel. I loved the Wide Wheel power but to many people said it didn't really ride like a scooter and had a rough ride. Plus the Horizon has the feature where breaking generates power. I'll leave a better review when I get time to ride more.”
