Works exactly as advertised, fast, comfortable & easy to fold away. The in built lights are an excellent feature especially the flashing rear lights when braking. And great customer service too.

I have had my Horizon M electric scooter for a few weeks now and I love it! I used to have to ride my bike everywhere being as though I don't have a driver's license but now I just scoot everywhere and I get there a lot faster to! Oh and I really love the fact that it it folds up so neatly and I can take it in Everywhere I Go! We have the electric scooters that you can rent in my city but I wanted something a little faster and my Horizon m scooter definitely is faster than the ones you can rent the Horizon m spect at 25 miles an hour I'm about a hundred and eighty-five pounds and I've only been able to get it to go to 23 miles an hour I wish it was faster but it'll do for now! Thanks fluid Freeride!

I have had the horizon 10.4 ah for about a month and have put 80 miles on the scooter so far. I use the scooter mostly for a daily 5 mile round trip to and from a commuter train. I have had previous experience with the Gotrax Gxl scooter which I used for about 3 months for the same commute. The horizon has good power and torque. I really like the fact that the handle bars fold down and the steering column adjusts. The range on the horizon is also great, I was able to get 20 miles of range and 23mph of speed, my weight is about 180lbs. The suspension is good, however when going over a bumpy road you really notice the solid rear tire and I wish a pneumatic tire was available. The braking power is good, but a front brake would be appreciated and helpful. The scooter is heavy there is no way to wheel the scooter around on its front wheel unless you purchase the trolley wheels. The rear fender screws are insufficient and I promptly replaced them with stainless screws and nylon insert nuts to prevent the fender from constantly getting loose. I feel that the anodizing on the scooter is not very good, it has a lot of chips and scuffs in the anodizing at the handle bar even though I treat the scooter well. The right hand folding mechanism on the handle bar is constantly getting loose. The tolerances on the machining of this part are not very precise, the added vibration causes it to unscrew constantly. The left side does not have this problem. Also the threads on the folding handle are very, this cause me to get lots of little nicks on my hands when folding and unfolding the scooter. I filled them down a bit to fix this. Lastly, the waterproofing on the scooter is lacking. Something as simple as a water tight wire glands connector would fix this issue and is something I will do in the future. Overall, I think for the price the Horizon is a good scooter, with a few tweaks I think it can be a great scooter.

Product was easy to unpack and set-up. Was impressed of the scooter speed and comfort on my first trial. Was a bit disappointed on a scratch found on the handle bar, which will require touch-up painting on my part to avoid rust to surface overtime.
