“I purchased this scooter back in June 2020. By august I had issues where it would turn off randomly and had to plug it in to turn it back on. After going back and forth with fluid they send my scooter to one of their repair shops. After two weeks I received it back and day one the issue returned. They finally shipped out a replacement unit in September 2020. Then in April 2021 my scooter died while having three bars of battery. I contacted fluid and asked why is this happening they suggested me buying a voltmeter. I bought one and tested the battery it was 0.3 volts. Only 7 months after receiving the replacement they confirmed that my battery needs to be replaced. Now they want $238 for a new battery. This scooter is great when it does work. But please do not purchase this awful scooter. Take your money elsewhere.”
