Great scooter. I really am enjoying it. Rob, Mary, and Peter have all been great to work with. Thank you. My next one will be the "WOLF WARRIOR"....Jill

Now that I have over 100 miles on it, I feel ready to write a review. For a little commuter scooter, this is a great product. I ride on the shoulder for about half my commute and the suspension smooths out the worst of the shaking. 20mph may not seem fast, but it's nearly zero effort compared to a bike. Folds down easily enough, and is light enough to carry into the office. 42lbs is not something you want to carry over any long distance. The only reason I knocked a star off is the throttle. The one installed is practically a switch with little sensitivity between full and off. Otherwise, it's a fantastic piece of hardware for the price.

HORIZON scooter is great. It looks very sleek, like a batmobile. Riding it felt very smooth and with full suspensions, even if I'm anticipating bumps, it's less bumper than I expected. But what amazes me more is the battery and how many miles it can go. As a NYC resident, I rode with my friends from Queens to Brooklyn, across the Williamsburg Bridge in Manhattan, go along East River and cross back to Queens through Queensborough bridge for 18 miles and by the time I got home, battery was at 2/5 bars. Now, I was switching gears to save battery and I didn't go the full 25 miles as stated but it felt satisfying how long it lasted even then. And downhills were not intimidating as based on what gear, it deters this scooter from scary speeds downhill. Overall, great experience so far.

First of all, this is not a paid review, I had to pay. My Fluid Freeride Horizon is plain, black, and unexciting. It fails to go any faster than 20mph on flat smooth pavement. The battery gets hot. It takes a long time to recharge. The kickstand is difficult to access and too short. Accessories to make the scooter a little better are very expensive. $50 for a handle that comes on other scooters? Trolley wheels? The handlebars unthread while riding with the greatest of care and threaten to come off if I don't tighten then while riding. I don't feel safe or comfortable on it in this state. I noticed other scooters with the exact same design so they too must suffer from the same issues. The folding joint moves after securing it in the upright and locked position. It makes me wish I had a scooter that did not fold at all. Not at the handlebars or down at the deck. This would've felt more secure. I'd return this scooter if I could, but I don't believe I can. Oh well.

This scooter is nimble, fun, and easy to ride. This is a definite mid-range uprgrade to the m365, gotrax, etc. I recommend this scooter for beginners or as a next step up from entry level scooters. Pros are front and rear suspension, no flats on the rear tire, front tire is pneumatic but it has a split-rim design so it is very very easy to change a flat tire when compared to an entry level scooter, front and rear lights, and the overall design of the scooter. Cons are the the screw mechanism that keeps the handlebars from folding down gets loose, no bell or horn included, you need a separate light if you want to see during night rides, and the display is hard to see during the day. Overall I'm happy with the scooter and I think it's worth it.

First time I ever buy an electric scooter and the horizon meet all my expectations. Before buying my first electric scooter I did a lot of research and after much research I ended up buying the horizon and I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this scooter
