At that time once I pay for it and you guys put that money back in my account I will update it to five stars based on you guys being pretty open and having communication with me. “I'm very disappointed in the build quality and the lackadaisical support I'm getting while trying to solve the issues my scooter arrived with.
Scooter arrived with bent rear brake rotor, serial # sticker falling off and for some reason that was never communicated to me, they did not ship the accessories I ordered until almost a week later. I tried to register the unit via the app and found that to be frustrating and ultimately not possible due to bugs in the user interface. I contacted support multiple times for each of these. When they respond at all, they are frustratingly slow. As in multiple days between replies to simple questions. Inconsistent follow up. Unsatisfactory options offered for repairing the bent rotor. I was so excited to get this scooter. I wish I'd gone with a different company.”

“Screen glitches off and powers down the scooter randomly during rides.
The provided Allen wrench is cheap and strips out the hex head of the bolts. Use your own quality tools. Not the provided one. The power button is sometimes unresponsive when switching from one power mode to the next.
Handlebar bolts require tightening over and over again. Many bolts were loose upon unboxing and had to be tightened before use of the scooter. On sports mode The scooter overheats quickly and the scooter withdrawals power in the interest of allowing the scooter to cool. This can be annoying and actually cost you MORE time if your in a hurry.
There is a SEVERE vibration from the rear of the scooter and a very unbalanced feeling when getting the scooter to full speed...28-35 mph. The vibration and wonkiness starts small around 22mph and increases in severity around 35mph. We tried to track down the problem to no avail. It is the strangest thing.
I would rate this scooter very poorly overall. I bought the scooter because of the reviews professionally done, seem like a solid purchase based on what the reviewers said, however I'm wondering if they didn't get paid off by this company. The scooter is anything but what it was advertised to be. I am not having the experience that the many YouTube reviewers claimed I would. I wouldn't pay more than $500 for this scooter. And I would be willing to pay the full retail if they corrected all the above mentioned issues. However I was forced to pay full retail, minus the "fake $300 off" and because the scooter has over 5 miles the company wishes to keep a HEFTY restocking fee and for me to pay the EXPENSIVE shipping back. I won't be buying from this company again. (((Puke)))”

“The scooter is absolutely phenomenal. It's acceleration is perfect for intermediate riders in sport mode, and I can say that the suspension allows the solid tires to be a benefit instead of a drawback. The suspension really takes care of most imperfections on whatever you're scooting on. The only con I have is that the app clearly needs a redo. The display, however, takes care of everything that I need on a daily basis so I don't have to deal with the app much.”
