So start with shipping! Free and fast! Quick to return emails also! Be nice if there was a way to speak on the phone. The wide wheel is for lack of better words amazing. The interface and settings take a min to figure out but not to complicated. Climbs hills like a boss and I like that parts are stocked for it also. Also I like that parts are offered at a discount for prior customers. Owned it for a few days now and already have at least 50 miles on it and counting. Was worth every dollar.....on a side note I don't like the price for the dual motor was dropped 150 bucks three days after I received mine..

The scooter is great ! it has a few rattles I'm trying to get rid of , it would be really nice if you had a telephone number to your business so people could talk directly to you without having to use an email very important !

I live on 5 acres 900 ft from the road. Gravel/ grass driveway no problem for the WideWheel. Love it. 71 year old kid. Thanks, Dan

As many have said, the dual-motor Widewheel is an incredibly fun ride. On fair weather days, I've been using it as a inter-suburb commuter on the east side of Cleveland, with a one-way ride of about 5 miles. I tend to stick to the side streets, and ride on the cleanest pavement I can find, as the airless tires can make for a jarring ride on rough/uneven pavement, even with the suspension. When my scooter first arrived from Fluidfreeride, it would not take a charge, which was disheartening. They sent me a replacement charger, which didn't fix the issue, so they then sent me an entirely new battery, which I was able to replace at home. They made it right in the end, thankfully. The other issue I've had is with the handlebar screws. They rattle loose over time, so I keep an eye on them and tighten them when needed. I'd recommend some threadlocker or something similar to keep them from backing out. The rotary bearings in the stem also seem to be wearing more quickly than expected, so I may be looking to replace those next year if they continue to loosen. All in all, it's a very fun product, but not without its quirks. With a little ongoing maintenance, it seems like it'll last a good while. The electric transportation revolution is happening!

The widewheel has been fantastic although it has it's quirks. It is fast and handles well and not having air tires is a real benefit in the city streets. I have the dual motor larger battery 2019 model. It can get me around the city to do all of my usual stops and take me home again. I lock it to a regular bicycle lock, and because it's black and not too bulky it is not conspicuous. A few things to point out. The rear fender does not work in the wet, so I had to duct tape a piece of plastic to extend it. The stem/neck attaching the handlebars to the main body has a little play in it. It's not something you want to put a lot of stress through, definitely not for yanking the front wheel up and over obstacles. Tightening some bolts at the bottom of the stem improved this a lot. The settings are simple and I like that. I often change on the fly from the eco mode to the more powerful mode if I'm not concerned with conserving the battery so much. The brakes require regular adjustment. I thought that they lost strength so quickly that it must have been the new cable lengthening out so I started by adjusting the cable through mechanism to the brake caliber. I fell victim to the design flaw here and soon ended up with dysfunctional brakes. After pulling the cable back to it's original spot and adjusting the caliper using an allen wrench I corrected this. I've gotten faster at this and probably adjust once a week. I remove the two bolts that hold the caliper on and remover the caliper, keeping the wheel on the scooter. I tighten the bolt at the rear a 1/4 or 1/2 a turn which brings the pads closer and then re-attach the caliper. I recommend tightening all bolts on this scooter when new. I noticed after some miles the bolts holding the rear disc in place slowly worked their way out and started rubbing. The only other issue was when I left it in direct sun on a hot day, or outside in a rain storm. It stopped working. I let it dry and cool down and it started again.

First the brake needed to be replaced delaying delivery, and the brake still has minimal stopping power and I constantly need to adjust the tension. i really enjoy riding the scooter though its throttle is inconsistent and jerky at lower speeds. It makes casual riding much less fun and more of a chore. I also received the wrong keys to my throttle and needed to again wait to ride my scooter. After replacing it on my own I can only hope it's working correctly. Additionally, both protective plastic plates for the rear braces to the scooter have fallen off. The first one fell off on my first ride leaving the brake exposed. The second on my third ride. Please help me replace these.
